Launching a new brand can be intimidating. Especially when there are so much choice that our target consumers have.

In this part 1 of a 10 part series, Pranav starts by talking about a very interesting story about Harpic.

Harpic was a dominant brand in the toilet cleaning space, and hence could not launch say a Kitchen cleaner under the same brand. The brand had to take baby steps and finally ended up expanding the brand from just cleaning the toilet, to cleaning the entire bathroom, all the surfaces in the bathroom.

And that was the genesis of the Harpic bathroom cleaner
