She works on organization design, culture building, leadership development and preparing organizations for the future.
Sirisha is a Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Design Thinking Practitioner from Stanford and a licensed Mind mapping instructor.
Training Magazine in the US recognized her as one of the 15 Global HR Transformation Leaders for her work in Organization transformation space.
She is also the recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship for a Fellowship in Leadership and Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh
